Abstract

This presentation will showcase a social work application of Critical Race Theory (CRT) and the pursuit of social justice in digital mapping of incidents of hate and discrimination in a western region of Canada. This mapping project emerged from an incident reporting project to collect evidence that racially-motivated discrimination and hate incidents occur, and that these incidents hurt people and community.
